Refunds & Returns Policy

At Avaia Collective, each garment is handmade with care and crafted just for you. As a made-to-order brand, we maintain a limited returns policy to protect the integrity of our process and ensure that every order receives the attention it deserves.


Requesting a Return

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a defect, you may request a return within 72 hours of delivery.

To begin, email us at avaia.collective@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Detailed instructions

  • A return shipping label

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • The issue must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the item

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Items purchased on sale

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior approval

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you are welcome to place a new order once the original item has been returned and processed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of our decision.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
